brilliant sight of my new site

i won't lie, i had the bulk of this site ready to publish several months ago.
there's no reason for me to have bothered deliberating on releasing it for this long.
the bulk of this deliberation came from the fact that i didn't feel like i had enough to share with it. no files, no cohesive portfolio, nothing! how could i dare release something so barren?!
today, though, i had an abrupt realization that it literally did not matter and i should release what i want for my own sake SOOO i decided to do that.
i was originally going to write some kind of actual software to maintain this blog. and then i realized how beautiful and terse everything would be if i just didn't worry too much about it
... so! welcome to my new site. it's a huge improvement from the last one, in my eyes. i once had an interviewer tell me they thought it was awesome- which was a really big surprise to me, given i made it with a somewhat poor understanding of css.
i don't know what i'll be using this blog for. i don't really use social media but i like to say things
